Meet Our Speaker:
Tom Schmeling is the President and CEO of Dalsin Industries located in Bloomington and Lakeville, Minnesota. Dalsin Industries is one of the leading precision metal contract manufacturers within the Upper Midwest, specializing in a multitude of products like the Memphis Grills. This privately held, 75-year-old company employs approx. 200 individuals between the two facilities. Tom’s previous work experiences leading up to Dalsin Industries; Newell/Rubbermaid: Planner/Distribution Supervisor/Buyer, Mercury Marine: Buyer, Purchasing Manager, Polaris: Purchasing Manager, PWC, Corporate, Powertrain, Mercury Marine: Director of Global Procurement ($1 Billion Spend), Director of OEM Sales and Arctic Cat: North America Sales Director.
