“Thank you for the nomination and recognition—I’m truly honored,” Shawna shared. “AWMI has helped shape me into the leader I am today—the organization has supported my growth both personally and professionally. Thank you to the incredible mentors I’ve had throughout my time with AWMI. I would not be where I am in my career without their guidance, encouragement, and support.”
