DuSable Harbor has implemented a new method to pre-pay and reserve parking. YOU CANNOT PAY ON-SITE WITH CASH OR A CREDIT CARD. A QR CODE MUST BE SCANNED AT THE GATE AND THIS WILL CAUSE MAJOR DELAYS IN ENTRY. ALL GUESTS MUST HIT THE LINK BELOW I’VE HIGHLIGHTED IN BLUE TO PAY FOR AND RESERVE THEIR PARKING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Be sure you advertise this detailed information with the parking link on all event promotions and advertisements. You should also email this information and link to all guests and vendors numerous times prior to your event.
Once in the link, you must enter name, email, phone number and LICENSE PLATE number of the vehicle. If you or guests do not pre-pay for parking and want to park at the DuSable Harbor parking lot, you may be denied parking upon arrival as the lot may be full. Furthermore, there is only one lane in and one lane out of the parking lot so any vehicle that does not have a pre-paid confirmation to scan, will get stuck with cars behind them and cause a backup of traffic which will affect many people including the timely departure of your event as folks risk missing the boat.
