The 2025 AWMI Annual Conference will be held at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. This hotel is located approximately 17 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport (PHX).

We've secured an overflow room block at the Gila River Resort & Casino - Wild Horse Pass to ensure all attendees have convenient lodging options. Enjoy complimentary shuttle service to our host hotel, the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass, running daily from 10am-10pm. AWMI will also provide dedicated shuttle service on Friday, November 7th from 7:30-10am to transport you directly to sessions at the host hotel.

AWMI Scholarships
Many of the chapters of AWMI have established a scholarship program for members that may be awarded to underwrite some or all of the cost of attending the conference. To qualify for an AWMI scholarship, you must be a current member in good standing and have been an AWMI member for the full membership year of 2024.
