While IQ measures your ability to solve problems, EQ (emotional intelligence) measures your ability to understand and manage emotions. Judy’s goal is to create a desire and plan to work on ourselves and coach others on emotional intelligence as well as strong listening and processing skills.

In this interactive session, you will learn how EQ creates success, learn to recognize the difference between good and bad EQ and learn strategies on how to manage yourself in different situations. You will also meet a new friend. And that’s always fun.
