Mindful Movement, Self-Care and Resilience

AWMI Toronto chapter is excited to share a webinar featuring a group of industry-certified yoga and group fitness instructors that work at ArcelorMittal Dofasco. This motiving team volunteers their time over lunch-hours or end of workday to lead workout classes for their co-workers. Physical activity and the positive impacts that are associated with it are things that everyone can use to help us get through these challenging times. We invite you to join us as this group of volunteer fitness instructors will be leading a “Mindful Movement, Self-Care and Resilience” session which is comprised of mindful movement with breath and stretching followed by a presentation on Resilience. You need space to stand comfortably and a chair.

Movement (25min – about 6min each):
- Centering and breathing – Diane Le Donne
- Lower body stretching, Upper body – Mehrnoosh Afnan
- Balance / Warrior – Norma Bonner
- Resilience presentation – Lindsay Knight (20 min)
- Q&A (10 min)
