Meet the Speaker:

Samantha Inks is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Charter Manufacturing Company, Inc., a privately held company with annual sales of ~$2 billion. Headquartered in Mequon, Wis., Charter Manufacturing employs more than 2,300 employees across the United States. Its four differentiated metals manufacturing businesses include Charter Aarrowcast, Charter Dura-Bar, Charter Steel and Charter Wire.

Sam joined Charter Manufacturing in January 2005 and was named CHRO in July 2014. Prior to her current role, Sam served as Director of Human Resources, Safety, Environmental and Continuous Improvement for Charter Steel. Before joining Charter, she held a variety of human resource leadership positions at Giddings and Lewis and served as Vice President of Human Resources at Mayville Engineering Company.

Sam earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources management from Marian University. She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through Caterpillar University.

Sam, her husband, Steve, and their two adult sons reside in the Oakfield, Wis. area.
