Our keynote speaker: Leslie Smith

We are honored to welcome Leslie Smith as our keynote speaker. Leslie is the President and General Manager of EDCO, INC in Mount Vernon and brings over 25 years of experience in Skagit County metals manufacturing. With a masters degree in Social Work and PMP certification, Leslie has spent her career leading teams, mentoring individuals and strengthening the regions manufacturing workforce. A committed community advocate, Leslie works closely with local community colleges, Manufacturing Centers of Excellence, and the Skagit STEM Education Network to prepare the next generation of skilled professionals. She is also active in civic life through her involvement with Soroptimist International, her local nonprofit newspaper, library, and town council.
