Dinner Selections:

1. Filet Mignon: Tender filet mignon with a port wine glaze, creamy herb and cheese mashed potatoes, broccolini and baby carrots

2. Grouper: Baked Grouper with a brown lemon butter sauce, honey walnut wild rice and green beans

3. Vegan: Sautéed vegetables, mushrooms, butter beans, wild rice blend and tomato quinoa
