Ciara Bunch is a member of the steering committee for the NexGen Metals Community. She aides in curating networking opportunities for young professionals that are finding their footing in the industry.
An advocate for equal opportunities, she is passionate about accessible information.
The last couple of years have ushered in a new way to work and recruit. Together, we’ll discuss recruitment tactics, what the new workforce is looking for in the workplace and how to create a positive candidate.
