Join the AWMI Cleveland Chapter for their annual Industry Dinner with speaker, Renee Wawrzynski.  Renee is currently the Director of Demand/Supply Planning & Scheduling for General Motors. She has held this position since March 1, 2020, and leads the team managing supply base capacity, and Vehicle and Propulsion scheduling for GMNA.   Prior to this role, Renee was Director of Sheet Metal & Raw Material Purchasing responsible for the purchase of Steel, Aluminum, Foundry Raw Materials, Precious Metals, Resins, and Paint & Adhesives.  Previously she held the positions of Director of Global Logistics Planning, and Director of Containerization.   Throughout her 38-year career with GM, she has held various leadership positions in Manufacturing and Supply Chain, working in 8 GM manufacturing facilities in North America including Vehicle Assembly, Powertrain and Stamping plants.    Renee has an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird in Phoenix, AZ and a BS in Industrial Administration from Kettering University in Flint, MI.  She currently lives in the Rochester, MI area with her husband and two sons.
