Sushma Walker, General Manager of Business Technologies at Nucor Corporation, will be talking discussing diversity and inclusion and leadership in the metals industry.

In her role, Sushma is responsible for leading Nucor’s Enterprise Information and Digital Technology team, along with the Business Application Solution across Nucor’s Steelmaking Divisions.

Sushma began her career at Nucor in 2004 as an IT Programmer. She has held multiple IT roles and served for three years as part of Nucor’s Leadership & Development Team. Prior to joining Nucor, Sushma worked in IT within the manufacturing sector
