Amy Jackson has been with the AWMI Seattle Chapter since 2015. She has served as Auction Chair, Treasurer and Vice-President, President, Past President and is in her 2nd year as Western Region Director. Amy began her career in the metals industry in 1999 as an Executive Assistant, she has also been involved with shipping & receiving and is now in her 8th year on the inside sales team at NW Steel and Pipe, in Tacoma, Washington, a service center supplying carbon steel to
the Pacific Northwest.

Teisha Duffey started her career 2003 at a small steel company in Portland. She has dedicated over two decades to sales, with 11 years in inside sales and 11 years in outside sales, before transitioning into Procurement, where she has been for the past 2 ½ years. She joined AWMI in 2009, eventually joined the board in 2011 holding various positions from Member at Large advancing to many positions including Chapter President. In 2025, she accepted the nomination as Vice Chair for the Western Region Board, supporting the region’s President and continuing her commitment to advancing AWMI’s mission. Teisha is happily married to husband Matthew Duffey, they have 7 kids and 11 grandchildren. They also run their own business, Shade Broz , which is an automobile, residential and Commercial window tinting.

Dawn Mobley started in the trucking industry in her early 20’s as a receptionist. She worked her way up to National Accounts Rep and eventually to the Northwest Regional Manager. She was Onsite Manager for Ryerson for 5 years managing their transportation out of the Portland office. She has worked in the transportation industry for 34 years delivering various species of steel and metal products. In March of 2010 she helped start their family business, 3 Peaks LLC, where she is currently partner and CEO.

Jessica Moralez is the Secretary for the AWMI California Chapter. She began her 23-year career in the metals industry in 2002 as a receptionist for a steel brokering company. When the brokering company acquired an additional business in the service center, manufacturing sector of the metals industry Jessica quickly was responsible for sales, production planning, procurement, and general management. In 2013 Jessica became owner of the company Harbor Metal Products. In 2020 Harbor Metal Products was acquired by WAVE (Worthington Armstrong Venture). Currently, she is the Director of Purchasing at Superior Duct Fabrication
