Kim Weisner is the Midwest Regional Director. She worked for ArcelorMittal USA for 14 years. She has held many positions while serving on the Chicago board during her 14-year tenure. Kim has served as Volunteer Coordinator, Membership Co-Chair, Programs Co-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Member at Large and Special Projects. Kim has enjoyed every year serving on the Chicago Board of Directors and continues to learn with each year.

Amanda Tomsovic is the Midwest Regional Vice Chair. She has worked in the metals industry for over 10 years. Amanda’s career began with ArcelorMittal in flat roll. She continued as a District Sales Manager for Nucor Steel with the Cold Finished Bar group. Currently, she is taking on a new position with the Engineered Bar Group as a Project Lead for their ERP projects. Amanda has been part of AWMI since 2011 serving for both Chicago and Wisconsin Chapter as a Volunteer Coordinator, Membership Co-Chair, Programs Coordinator, Secretary, and Vice chair for the Midwest and Southern Region.

Kori Beaver is the Customer Service Manager for ArcelorMittal USA managing the End User and Tubular Product groups. She has spent the last 9 years with ArcelorMittal representing Service Centers, Line Pipe and End User accounts. Kori holds her MBA from Indiana University and is a graduate from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She joined AWMI as Chicago Chapter’s Programs Co-Chair in 2014.
Kristina Schnurr is the Midwest Regional Treasurer who has over 25 years in the metals industry with a background in operations technology, marketing, production planning, outside processing, and transportation. She has been a member of the Chicago Chapter for over 20 years and served on the board for many of those years as Volunteer Coordinator, Membership Co-Chair, Programs Co-Chair and Special Projects. I believe my involvement in AWMI has been a huge part of my success in my career and I continue to learn and grow with each year.
