Erica Cliver is a Business Manager at TMS International, bringing more than two decades of experience in the metals industry. She began her career in 2004 as a shipping and receiving clerk for a processing company and joined TMS International in 2014. Erica thrives in the industry’s fast-paced environment and values the strong professional relationships it fosters. Throughout her career, Erica has developed broad operational and financial expertise, including oversight of financial forecasting, management of the regional clerical team, and service as a TMS Safety and Environmental Auditor across North America. Erica became actively involved with the Association of Women in the Metal Industries (AWMI) in 2019 as a volunteer and joined the Chicago Chapter Board in 2020. She has since held multiple leadership roles, including Special Projects Chair, Programs Co-Chair, Vice President, President, and Past President of the Chicago Chapter. She currently serves on the AWMI Midwest Regional Board, continuing her commitment to advancing the association’s mission and supporting women in the metals industry.

Brianna Butler has worked in the steel industry for over 10 years, first as an Inside Sales Representative, and moved into her current role as the Marketing Communications Specialist at McNeilus Steel, Inc. in 2020. She has been a member of AWMI since 2015 and is beginning her ninth year on the Minnesota Chapter board, where she has served as the Programs & Marketing Chairs, Vice President, and is now in her fourth year leading the chapter as President. Brianna is excited to grow with the AWMI organization by taking on the role of Regional Vice Chair. She is eager to collaborate with the rest of the regional board to facilitate support and growth throughout the Midwest chapters.

She began her career in the metals industry in 2016 as an Account Representative. Elizabeth holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Lewis University.
She has been an active member of the Association of Women in the Metal Industries (AWMI) since 2016, previously serving as Programs Co-Chair for the Chicago Chapter from 2019 to 2025. Currently, she contributes to the organization as the Midwest Regional Secretary.

Veronica Tilley is a Payroll Specialist at TMS International in Gary, Indiana, where she has worked since 2014.
