Ms. Steiner has been in the metal industries since 1985, starting at a precision machine shop OEM to the Department of Defense. While there, responsibilities ranged from office manager to sales administration and the financial audits and inspections for DOD contracts. In 1994, when Defense-related industries went through their major downturns, she went to work for a distributor of finishing machinery and the associated consumables, selling to metal fabricators, machine shops and toll polishers. In 1995, she started her own Rep. Agency to supply abrasives and finishing materials into the stainless industry and in 1997 incorporated the agency to re-enter the military and DOD marketplaces.
